Tracking & cookies

Cookies Policy.

Our approach is simple: we do not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. This page explains what limited technologies we do use, and why.

Last updated 19 April 2026 Version 1.0

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that websites store in the browser of the user's device when visited. They are used to ensure websites function correctly, remember preferences, gather anonymous statistics and, in some cases, deliver personalised advertising. Similar technologies include local storage, web beacons and pixel tags.

2. Our approach at Veradys

Veradys OÜ has designed this website with the principle of data minimisation in mind. As a result:

  • We do not use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics).
  • We do not use advertising or marketing cookies (such as Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, Google Ads).
  • We do not use profiling or behavioural tracking technologies.
  • We do not build user profiles, nor do we monitor browsing activity across sessions.

This choice reflects our commitment to the professional confidentiality expected by the clients and counterparts with whom we engage.

3. Technologies we do use

The website relies on a minimal set of external technical resources that are necessary for the site to function and to be delivered correctly. These resources may set technical cookies or leave technical traces (such as the IP address of the requesting browser) on the servers of their providers, as is inherent to any communication over the Internet.

Provider Purpose Type Duration
Netlify, Inc. Hosting infrastructure and delivery of the website; storage and routing of contact form submissions Technical / Essential Session only
Google Fonts (Google LLC) Delivery of web fonts used in the site's typography (Fraunces, Inter Tight, JetBrains Mono) Technical / Essential Session only; no cookies set
Unsplash, Inc. Delivery of illustrative photography used on the Team page Technical / Essential Session only; no cookies set

These providers do not receive any information about you beyond what is technically necessary to deliver their service (such as the IP address of the request and the type of browser used). They do not receive your name, email address or the content of the contact form.

Under Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC, and the corresponding national implementations, technical cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the delivery of a service expressly requested by the user do not require prior consent.

4. Contact form and honeypot

The contact form includes a hidden anti-spam field (known as a "honeypot") that is invisible to human users and is filled in only by automated bots. This mechanism does not use cookies, nor does it collect any information from legitimate users.

5. How to control cookies in your browser

Although this website does not set non-essential cookies, you have the right to control the cookies stored in your browser at all times. Most modern browsers allow you to:

  • View the cookies currently stored.
  • Block or delete specific cookies or all cookies.
  • Configure automatic rejection of third-party cookies.
  • Browse in private or incognito mode.

A note on our position

If we ever introduce analytics or marketing technologies in the future, this Policy will be updated accordingly and the corresponding consent mechanisms (including, where legally required, a cookie consent banner) will be implemented before any such technology is activated. We will not collect data retrospectively.

6. Changes to this Policy

Veradys OÜ reserves the right to update this Cookies Policy to reflect changes in the technologies used on the website, in applicable legislation, or in our operational practices. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this document.
